Delivery
- Where: anywhere in Lebanon.
- When: usually within 1–3 working days of confirming your order. We message you on WhatsApp before the driver comes.
- Cost: the delivery fee is shown at checkout before you confirm. Pick up from the shop is free.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the driver in dollars when your order arrives.
- Whish Money: choose Whish at checkout. We send you the number to transfer to on WhatsApp, and your order goes out as soon as the transfer lands.
Returns and exchanges
- Changed your mind? Exchange within 7 days if the toy is unopened and unused, with your order number.
- Opened plushies, bath toys and teethers can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Something arrived damaged or doesn't work? Message us on WhatsApp 70 070 327 with a photo within 48 hours and we replace it.
- Refunds for faulty items that can't be replaced are made the way you paid.
